Aberdeen is a city of many names and it’s easy to see how it gets its most popular one – The Granite City. The impressive turreted Town Houses in Union Street, the castellated Citadel at The Castlegate and the striking gothic Marischal College, the worlds second largest granite structure, are all fine examples of Aberdeen's most famous export.
