Tartan Identity
We feel strongly about our identity and have established a strong brand image connected to our heritage and tradition.
Nonetheless, people around the world recognise our Kinloch Anderson tartans for their fame. Throughout the years, we have designed some of the most famous tartans, including those for Barbour, Irn-Bru, and the Royal Yacht Britannia.
Particularly, we are passionate advocates of creating identities and unquestionably believe that a tartan is a story waiting to be woven.
Therefore, we have gained renown for offering a tartan design service for businesses, events, families, and individuals. The process involves open conversations with the client and requires in-depth discussions to look for inspiration and possible links to Scotland.
After we finalise the design and the tartan is woven, we register it with the Scottish Register of Tartans, and ultimately use it for kilts, accessories, and clothing
