Crowne Plaza

The Crowne Plaza tartan was based on the Lord of the Isles Old Hunting tartan, forming a sound connection with the Vikings and the fact that the Scandic Crown Hotel Group comes from Scandinavia. Features within the tartan are the colours of the Swedish flag, blue and yellow and then also the colours of the Danish and the Norwegian flags which include red, blue and white. The green background represents the green of the forests of Scandinavia.
