The Kinloch Anderson Dress Tartan

Dress tartans are defined by changing a predominant colour in a clan tartan with a white or light-colour alternative.  Traditionally worn by the women of a clan as part of their earasaid (draped plaid or wrap usually worn with a belt).  Today, Dress tartans are still mostly favoured by women and also for use in celebrations or on formal occasions, this tartan has become widely popular for men’s casualwear in more recent years.

The Kinloch Anderson Dress tartan familiarises with the tradition of Dress Tartan’s, based on the original Kinloch Anderson tartan with the predominance of cream replacing the green making a particularly striking, distinctive and formal tartan.

Of course you can opt to have Kilts, Wool Skirts and Trousers in this cloth also.  Please visit the relevant page for these Made to Order items.
