Deirdre Kinloch Anderson performs in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo Aug 2011

The High Constables of the City of Edinburgh were founded in 1611 and Deirdre Kinloch Anderson was elected as the first lady member to join the Society in 1998.
To commemorate their Quarter Century Anniversary the Lord Provost’s Platoon of 16 members was formed to take the Guard of Honour at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo 2011 for performances on Saturdays throughout the season. Deirdre Kinloch Anderson can be seen in the front row 4th from the left.
