Delivery Times
Delivery time on standard stock items is generally 1 week for within the UK and 2 weeks for outside the UK. Delivery time on made to order items such as kilts, trousers, some jackets etc is usually in the region of 8 to 10 weeks. However if you have a particular date in mind, please let us know when ordering and we will do our best to meet it.

Delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed unless it is confirmed by us in writing. We can not accept returns on made to order items unless we implicitly agreed in writing to deliver by a particular date and failed to do so. Kinloch Anderson can accept no responsibility for any indirect costs related to delivery time.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the value of the shipment and where it will be sent. You will see the costs at the checkout, before confirming your order.

Delivery to the UK Mainland
FREE

Delivery to UK Offshore including Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
Shipments with a total value of under £50 are Free.
Shipments with a total value of over £50 are £10.

Delivery to Europe
Shipments with a total value of under £50 are £10.
Shipments with a total value of over £50 are £20. 

Delivery to USA and Canada
Shipments with a total value of under £50 are £12.50
Shipments with a total value of over £50 are £25.

Delivery to The Rest of the World
Shipments with a total value of under £50 are £15.
Shipments with a total value of over £50 are £35.
